Weight Loss/Fitness Inspiration Mel B

Mel B is truly an inspiration to me from a fitness point of view.  And although I know nothing about her except that she had been a member of the Spice Girls, and recently had a baby....... that is enough. You don't get a body like this without sacrifice and hard work.  Especially after having a baby......that's for sure.  And since Mel B and I have the same body type/frame I know that with a little work and determination I too can get ripped!

So, with this in mind I started my mini weight loss and fitness plan.  My goal was to lose 10 pounds and unleash some T&T. (tone and tighten)  That was six weeks ago.  Since then I have totally changed my exercise and diet regimen. I eat mostly fruit and vegetables now and I exercise fives times a week.  At first it was hard, especially the strength training but now I am getting accustomed to it, even liking it.  Who knew!

As the pounds melt away and the muscles begin to develop, I am getting more and more excited every day.  I feel stronger and better than I did in my early twenties. Seriously.  I am so siked to keep going, I have only two more pounds to go!  Whooo hooo! Perhaps I will celebrate by posting a bikini shot of my own when I lose the last two pounds.......ha ha, probally not, but I will post "before and after" shots though.  After all, a picture is better than a thousand words right?

What are your health/weight loss goals?  I would love to hear them.

Good for you!! I have a serious goal after having our baby (and gaining waaaaay more than the recommended amount) and really need to get on it! I used to hang pictures of super fit celebs in order to remind myself not to eat the junk food haha I may have to go back to that. And funny as this sounds, I also used to brush my teeth anytime I wanted to have a snack that I didn't need. Who wants to eat after they just brushed their teeth?! haha it worked for a week until I gave it. I better start it up again!

She looks amazing and I agree very inspirational. I'm TRYING not to eat pasta or bread... we'll see. It's much more difficult than it use to be.

Wowzers! She looks absolutely amazing. I wonder how she got rid of her stretch marks. That is, if they didn't photoshop them out. LOL.

So happy for you that you have stuck to your weight loss plan and are reaping the rewards of it right now. You are SO close to your goal. Yay! Can't wait to see pics!
